Our Why

The world doesn't have a resource problem. It has a connection problem.

The disparity between those two neighbors of incomprehensible wealth and unfathomable poverty is first and foremost a heart problem. We know that resources abound because we serve a God of abundance, not scarcity. But the disconnection between our heads, hearts, and hands can be mere inches in physiologically at times yet miles apart in practice. We believe this human connection must be spiritually restored. To make that connection again, we decided not be build a bridge where people can stay on their own side and chose when--and if--they will cross over, Stewards decided to build a hub, the SI Hub, to remind us that we're all in this together!

Our Who

We are a faith-driven organization on a singular mission: to facilitate the strategic reallocation of T.I.M.E. — Talent, Influence, Money, and Energy — for Christ and His Kingdom. We believe that everything God has entrusted to His people was designed to move—toward need, toward purpose, toward lasting impact.

We come alongside missionaries, ministries, and missions in three distinct ways. We plan and coordinate strategic trips so that when God's people show up, they show up prepared and positioned. We vet, amplify, and financially support those doing Kingdom work in the field so that legitimate needs gain visibility and access to resources. And we walk alongside ministry leaders to build Earned Revenue Engines—sustainable income models that break the cycle of donor dependency and free leaders to pursue their calling with confidence and longevity.

We are guided by five core values—Stewardship, Equity, Resourcefulness, Voice, and Excellence—and driven by one unwavering promise: to relentlessly connect you to what you need to do what God has called you to do.
